Dr. Mona Sodhi and her incredible work at Monarch deserve more than five stars! She has created Monarch with a vision to comprehensively address weight and its related issues in a private, supportive environment. From the moment you meet her, you can feel the genuine care and dedication she brings to her patients.
Dr. Sodhi provides personalized, evidence-based care to address metabolic concerns such as insulin resistance, prediabetes, PCOS, and stubborn weight gain. Using advanced diagnostics, GLP-1 medications when appropriate, and nutrition and movement strategies that prioritize muscle preservation and sustainable change, we help you build a healthier foundation from the inside out.
Whether you’re navigating GLP-1 therapy, hormonal shifts, or simply want to fuel your body better, your nutrition plan is built to support lasting metabolic change.
We prioritize strength training, resistance work, and intentional movement over excessive cardio—because sustainable change starts with a plan you can actually stick to.
We hear this all the time—and it makes sense. Most diets aren’t built for your biology. At Monarch, we look at the whole picture: your metabolism, hormones, muscle mass, medical history, and lifestyle. This isn’t about willpower—it’s about science. Dr. Mona Sodhi, a board-certified obesity medicine physician, creates a personalized plan using tools like GLP-1 medications (when appropriate), muscle-preserving strategies, and ongoing medical guidance. You get concierge support, monthly visits, and accountability—not a generic meal plan. Our goal is to help you stop guessing, start healing, and feel good in your body again—for the long term.
How much do the medications cost? Are they included in the program
Medication costs—like GLP-1s (semaglutide, tirzepatide, etc.)—are not included in the Monarch program fee, because they vary depending on the medication, dose, and whether insurance or pharmacy savings are available. We’ll walk you through all your options. Some patients use insurance or manufacturer savings cards to pay as little as $25/month, while others may pay up to $499/month out of pocket.
Monarch does not bill insurance directly, but we do provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Many of our patients use HSA or FSA funds to cover care, depending on your plan and eligibility, some patients are reimbursed for part of their visits.
